Configuration of Incident, Problem, and Request management 
To be able to use Incident, Problem and Request Management in SAP Solution Manager, you must make various system settings.
You have made preparatory configuration settings in the scenarios such as System Preparation, Basic Configuration and Configuration of Managed Systems.
You are authorized for SAP Solution Manager Configuration.
SAP Solution Manager configuration (SOLMAN_SETUP)
You make the most important settings for Incident, Problem and Request Management in the SAP Solution Manager Konfiguration work center (transaction SOLMAN_SETUP). For more information, see Configuration in SOLMAN_SETUP.
