You can create and display change requests directly in system recommendations. You can process change requests further in the WebClient UI.

Procedure

Create Change Request

  1. Mark one or more notes

  2. Choose Create Change Request.

    The change request is created. The assignment block SAP Notes contains the selected notes.

Display change request

If you have already created change requests, Change Requests is displayed as an active link. The number of requests is shown in parentheses.

  1. Choose Change Requests.

    The go to the overview of change requests.

  2. Choose the change request number to open it, or Short Text, to open the short text.
