You want to create the Enterprise Support report/PSLE report just once and not as a background job.

Procedure

  1. Choose Generate Report Ad-Hoc.

    A dialog box appears.

  2. Specify the solution for which you want to create the report.

    The systems relating to the solution are displayed.

  3. Optional: To restrict the selection of systems that you want to analyze, select the Selected System checkbox.

  4. Specify the language of the Enterprise Support report/PSLE report.

  5. Optional: To specify the scope and content of the report, create a variant:

    1. Select the Report Content checkbox.

      A dialog box appears.

    2. Expand the section structure and select the section that is to appear in the Enterprise Support report/PSLE report.

    3. Choose Save as.

      A dialog box appears.

    4. Enter data as required.

      You have created a variant that you can use when you schedule an Enterprise Support report or a PSLE report as a background job.

    5. To confirm your entries, choose Transfer.

  6. To start the report, choose Generate.
