Create User-Specific Tasks
You define your own tasks which are not in the SAP task list provided.
1. Select the system check to which you want to assign the task.
2. Choose the Append Rows symbol in the Defining User Tasks Groups tab.
3. Enter a group name.
4. Choose the group action type from the possible entries help for the Action Type column.

You can use the activity type Others, if you do not want to assign a direct action, such as a transaction or URL, to the task. In this case, the system does not generate an Execute pushbutton in the header of the generated task.
5. Define the action in the Action column.

Action Type: Transaction
Action: SM59
6. Save your entries.
7. Go to the Assigning User Task tab.
8. Choose your group from the possible entries help for the User Task Group column.
9. Assign one or more tasks to this group in the User Task column.

10. Save your entries.

1. Select the User-Defined Task Group subcheck with your group name.

You can copy user-specific tasks to other systems in your solution, in the Copy Customizing check.
