Monitor for Data Transfer Processes

In addition to the features available in the Delta Queue Monitor (transaction ODQMON), you can check that the data transfer is running to SAP BW correctly by using the monitor for data transfer processes.

You can use this monitor to monitor the status of the data transfer process (DTP) and display the requests.

You can access the monitor in the Data Warehousing Workbench. Choose Start of the navigation path Monitors Next navigation step Real-Time Data Acquisition End of the navigation path. The system displays the data requests, errors, and the last load process.

For further more information, see Monitor (http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw73ehp1/helpdata/en/42/fbd989481e1a61e10000000a422035/content.htmInformation published on SAP site).

Display DataStore Object Data

In the Business Warehouse Modeling Workbench (transaction RSA1), you can check that the data is transferred into the DataStore object correctly. To do this, in the context menu of the DataStore Object, choose Display Data. Note that you can only display active data. If the DataStore object data is not active, you can choose Activate Data in the context menu of the DataStore Object to activate the data.
