You use PDF forms created using the ERP system to enter data with a mobile device on which Adobe PDF Reader is installed.

You use Adobe PDF Reader to display and edit forms on the mobile device .

If required, you have transferred the form to the required mobile device using the corresponding functions provided by the operating system.

Features

You use the functions provided by the operating system and Adobe PDF Reader .

Activities

  1. Call up the form on the mobile device using Adobe PDF Reader .

  2. Edit the form with the functions available in Adobe PDF Reader .

  3. Save the document.

  4. Transfer the document to the directory intended for import on the mobile device with an online connection to the ERP system.
