Definition/Modification of Number Range Intervals From the central checking system, you can define the required number range intervals in all the systems involved. Checking reserved number range intervals helps you to define cross-system intervals without overlaps.
In order for number range intervals to be defined automatically, you have reserved number range intervals and checked the reservations.
You can:
Navigate from the central system to the standard applications for defining number range intervals manually
Specify that number range intervals are to be defined/modified automatically on the basis of the reservations made centrally
You are working in the central checking system in the
Central Number Range Check application
(transaction /ISDFPS/GNR_CHECK) and have run a
number range check
. Your reservations do not contain any errors.
You are in the results log.

The standard
Number Ranges
application (transaction SNUM) of the selected system appears.
Define the required number range intervals manually. Include your check results.

The appropriate number range intervals are created or changed in the selected system in line with your reservations.
The system displays a change log.
The next time number range data is determined and checked, the intervals defined previously as reservations are displayed as current intervals and checked.
