You are planning a stand at a trade fair for you company, and want to plan the costs this incurs in the coming fiscal year for the employees running the stand. There is an internal order in the system for this activity. To plan the costs, you start the query and specify in the selection screen for the following selection criteria the values for which you want to plan costs:

Once you have confirmed the selection criteria, the system displays a table with columns for the internal orders (your internal order), the general ledger accounts (cost elements), the actual values of the previous fiscal year, the planned values of the coming fiscal year, and a difference column. The fields in the plan column are ready for input You can enter there your planned costs in the row for the corresponding G/L account.
