  Resetting Changes

Use

You can reset changes by

  • Resetting an organizational measure

  • Changing a measure area to status In Process (Resubmission)

  • Resetting a measure area

Reset an organizational measure

If the status of an organizational measure is not yet set to Partially Active , you can reset the organizational measure.

  1. Call up the Case Management application (transaction SCASE).

  2. Select the required organizational measure.

  3. Set the status of the organizational measure to Reset .

    The organizational measure remains visible in the system but cannot be processed further. The change documents for the changes made are also still assigned to you.

    The assigned measure areas are assigned the status Reset . The data changes that have already been made are marked as deleted, if possible, or as reset (or similar) if they cannot be deleted.

Resubmit a measure area

A measure area can be set to status In Process (Resubmission) if it already has status Requested.

  1. Call up the Case Management application (transaction SCASE).

  2. Select the required measure area.

  3. Set the status of the measure area to In Process (Resubmission).

    All changes that were made are assigned the status Planned.

Reset a measure area

A measure area can be set to status Reset if it not already in status Active.

  1. Call up the Case Management application (transaction SCASE).

  2. Select the required measure area.

  3. Set the status of the measure area to Reset .

    The data changes that have already been made are marked as deleted, if possible, or as reset (or similar) if they cannot be deleted.

    If all measure areas of an organizational measure are reset, the organizational measure is also set to status Reset.
