Assigning Relocations and Relocation Steps You are in edit mode in the Maintain Relocation
application (transaction /ISDFPS/CREL1).
Choose Create
.
Assign the required properties.
Choose Execute
.
Choose Save
.
To delete a relocation, select the relevant entry and choose Delete

Choose Create

Assign the required properties.
Choose Execute

Choose Save

To delete a relocation step, select the relevant entry and choose Delete
.
You are in edit mode in the Relocation Planning
application (transaction /ISDFPS/PRELOC1).
In the structure area, load the required force element.
In the selection area, choose Assign Relocation
and select one of the relocations offered.
The assignment is displayed in the selection area.
Save your changes.
If necessary, you can now assign from the selection area a relocation that has already been assigned directly to additional force elements. To do so, select the relocation and choose Assign Force Elements
. Choose the required force elements and save your changes.
A where-used list for all of the force elements assigned to a given relocation is available in the Relocations
application. Select the required relocation and choose Where-Used List
. If required, you can also delete assignments from the list. To do so, select the required force element and choose Delete
.
To delete an assignment, choose Delete
on the Relocation
tab page.

In the structure area, load the required force element.
In the detail area, choose the Relocation
tab page.
In the selection area, choose the required relocation.
On the Relocation
tab page, choose Append Row
.
Use the input help for the Relocation Step ID
field to select the required relocation step.
Assign the required properties.
Save your changes.
If necessary, execute the approval process.
To delete an assignment, select the relevant entry on the Relocation
tab page in the table and choose Delete Row
.

In the structure area, load the required force element.
In the detail area, choose the Reloc. Auth. Matls
, Reloc. Equip. Pkg
, Reloc. Log. Reqmts
, Reloc. Packing Inst.
, or Reloc. Personnel
tab page.
In the top table, the system displays those objects that are available for the relocation.
In the selection area, choose the required relocation step.
In the top table, change the entries for the required objects if required.
Change the value in the Authorized
field in order to assign a partial quantity only. Once the quantity has been assigned, the difference between the original and the changed value is displayed.
Partial quantities cannot be assigned to different relocation step types.
Change the value in the Relocation Step Type
field to override the type transferred by the relocation step.
In the top table on the relevant tab page, select the required object.
Choose Assign
.
The object is maintained as an assigned object in the bottom table on the tab page.
Save your changes.
If necessary, execute the approval process.
You can also change the entries for Route
and Shipping Conditions
after you have activated the assignment. If open documents exist that contain the previous value, you can decide whether the system should transfer the changes for these documents.
To delete an assignment, select the relevant entry in the table on the relevant tab page and choose Undo Assignment
.
