 Report: Send Plan Quantities and Prices

Use

You use this report to send plan prices from the central system to decentralized systems in your system group , on the basis of the cost centers of selected force elements.

You can trigger this report manually or schedule it as a regular job.

Integration

The application Force Element: Send CO Plan Quantities and Prices (/ISDFPS/ACCCORATES) enhances standard report RBDSEACT.

Prerequisites

You are familiar with standard report RBDSEACT.

Features

The report uses one or more force elements to determine the cost centers assigned and uses the resulting set to process report RBDSEACT.

The following selection criteria and options are available:

  • Force element

    Specify the force element for which the system is to determine the cost centers to determine the plan prices

  • Usage Type

    Specify which structure is to be analyzed. For decentralized systems, you will usually select the operational structure.

  • Processing Mode

    Specify whether only the selected force element is to be analyzed or whether its lower-level force elements are also to be analyzed

  • Activity types

    Specify the required activity types

  • Target System

    Specify the system to which you want to send the plan prices

Activities

  1. Call the application Force Element: Send CO Plan Quantities and Prices (/ISDFPS/ACCCORATES).

  2. Enter the required selection criteria and options.

  3. Choose Execute.
