Use

Work Clearance Management is connected to the generic object services. You can use the object services to send WCM objects within mySAP ERP to individual SAP users or to distribution lists, using SAP Office.

Regardless of whether you send a WCM object, you can link it to a PC file (for example, with a graphic or a Word document).
