Use

In the system, you can define NATO-specific properties of a position.

Structure

The following fields are available:

  • NATO Position ID

    The ID with which the position is maintained by NATO.

  • NATO Rank

    The NATO rank that corresponds to this position.

  • NATO Rotation Country 1-6

    The position can be filled only with persons from the countries defined in these fields. You can enter a maximum of six countries, but the system does not map these in any sequence.

    You can define the countries allowed for this assignment in Customizing for Defense Forces & Public Security by choosing Start of the navigation path Personnel Next navigation step Infotypes Next navigation step Define Assignment of Position to Country. End of the navigation path

These properties are stored in infotype 1990 (component specific).
