 Mission

Use

A mission is subordinate to one or more force elements. Subtasks are mapped in missions. A flight can be assigned to a particular mission.

Several flights can be grouped together in one mission, and several missions can be assigned to a force element. The following graphic illustrates the structural relationship between flights, missions, and force elements.

Activities

A mission is linked with a force element as follows:

  1. Call transaction /ISDFPS/LMFLM1 ( Create/Change Mission ).

  2. Select the required force element .

  3. Choose Create Mission .

    A dialog box appears.

  4. Enter a description for the new mission.

  5. Save your entry.

The newly defined mission is available in the corresponding field of the flight.
