 Reports: Role Generator

Use

You can use these reports to start the authorization assignment directly with the role generator.

Features

The following reports are available:

  • Report /ISDFPS/ROLEMAN_UPDATE_USERS

    You use this report to update authorizations for the following users:

    • New users

      Users who are not assigned to user group SAP_ROLEMAN and therefore not registered with the role generator have to be updated.

    • Obsolete users

      Users whose assignment to user group SAP_ROLEMAN has been removed have to be updated.

    • Current users

      Users who are assigned to user group SAP_ROLEMAN and therefore registered with the role generator have to be updated.

    • All users

      All new, obsolete, and current users have to be updated.

  • Report /ISDFPS/ROLEMAN_UPDATE_STRUC

    You use this report to update authorizations for users from a selected structure: You use the generic selection parameters to select the required structure from which the users are to be updated.
