Add Contract Manually
You can manually add another contract of the policyholder to the list of contracts.
To do so, on the Contract Overview
tab page, choose Add Contract
. The system then displays those contracts that are not included in the list of contracts (on the Contract Overview
tab page). These could be the following contracts for example:
Contracts created in the policy management system after the date of loss
Contracts that you filtered out of the list of contracts in Customizing (see List of Contracts, point 2 in list)

This function is triggered by function code MCCONTADD
(Add Contract
). You use the following settings to define the format/structure of the screen or dialog box that appears:
