Display Functions for Archived Settlement Documents (IS-U-EDM)

Use

The business view for the object ISU_SETTLB enables you to display individual documents for archived settlement documents via the archiving information system (SAP AS).

Prerequisites

At least one archive information structure has to exist for the archiving object ISU_SETTLB.
The archive information structure has been activated and constructed.

You can activate the archive information structure in Customizing under SAP Utilities Tools System Adjustment Archiving Activate Info Structure for Settlement Documents.

Features

The standard SAP archive information structure (SAP_ISU_SETTLB) contains the following fields:

You can also add further fields to the archive information structure. You can find a list of the possible fields in the SAP_ISU_SETTLB archive information structure.

Note Note

The system can only display settlement documents that are still contained in the index for archive access (archive index).

Single Document Display

You can display individual settlement documents from the archive. They are displayed in the Display Settlement Document transaction.

To call the transaction, go to the Utilities Industry menu and choose Start of the navigation path Energy Data Management Next navigation step Settlement Settlement Document Display End of the navigation path .

In the Settlement Document field, enter a document that is no longer in the database, but is located in the archive. The system displays a dialog box, which you can use to decide whether you want to display the archived document.
