Relationships describe how operations are linked to one another in the process and determine their sequence. Up to now on the SAP Web UI for Plant Maintenance, you could only create relationships between operations in maintenance orders and only by entering them in a table. This function enables you to create the relationships between operations in task lists as well. In addition, you can visualize and change relationships using a graphical editor. In the graphical editor for relationships, you have the following options:
You can drag and drop operations from the repository to your work space. Each operation is depicted in the graphic as a box that contains the most essential information about the operation. The various types of relationships are indicated by color-coded triangles on the side of the operation boxes. You can create a network of the individual operations by connecting the triangles using drag and drop. This creates relationships in the graphic that the system copies to the table in the operation details.
You can also search for operations belonging to other maintenance orders and include them in the network of the order you are currently changing.
After you have created or changed the relationships, you can schedule the order operations and rearrange the operations in the graphic.
There are also several navigation and search options.
To enable the graphical display of relationships, the SAP Web UI for Plant Maintenance has been enhanced as follows:
In task lists and maintenance orders, there is a new tab page called Relationships
.
In task lists, there is also a new tab page called Relationships
in the operation details. On this tab page, you can enter and change relationships in a table.
