 My Requests Admissions Portal Application in Student Lifecycle Management

 

As of SAP enhancement package 7 for SAP ERP 6.0, Industry Extension Public Services, the Business Function Admissions Portal for Higher Education Institutions (ISHERCM_ADMISSION_PORTAL) is available that enables registered students to have an overview of their administrative, financial and registration status, as well as make a number of requests, including leaves of absences, program changes, request part-time course study options and register for courses.

Features

  • Registered students with user authorization can access a number of administrative services, such as registrations and program change requests.

  • Students can use the My Requests app to access the following services:

    1. Reregistration

    2. Part-time study requests

    3. De-registration requests

    4. Leave of absence requests

    5. Change of program requests

  • Review the status of current requests.

  • Display the details of a particular request divided into tabbed sections to cover general, administrative and financial details.

Registered students with user authorization can use the My Requests to access the following services:

  1. Reregistration

  2. Part-time study requests

  3. De-registration requests

  4. Leave of absence requests

  5. Change of program requests

Status Management

Students can view the status of current requests, ranging from new to approved. View the details of a particular requests which are displayed under tabs for the following topics:

  1. General: Displays general academic information on a request, including the request number, academic year and session, reasons for the request and any relevant notes.

  2. Fees: Displays available information on fees, including the fee type and status, overall amount due, and pending amounts.

  3. Documents: Display all documents required by the university, such as health insurance certificates, and documents uploaded by the student or generated by the university admissions department.

  4. Holds: Displays details of any holds imposed on a request, such as financial holds pending the payment of fees.
