 Copying of Claim Data into a New Claim

 

You can create a new claim by copying an existing claim. This makes sense if you have to create several claims for an incident that are based on different contracts. You can copy specific claim data, such as the claim date or incident type, and you do not have to enter this data individually for each claim.

You can use the Business Add-in (BAdI) BADI_ICL_CLAIM_COPY to extend the list of claim data that you can copy.
