You can use this business function to improve the usability, flexibility, and auditing with enhancements of Retail Method of Accounting (RMA).

Integration

A prerequisite for RMA is the implementation of SAP ERP and SAP BI. For the correct consideration of the sales at the point of sale in RMA you need SAP POS Data Management to transfer the sales from the POS to the BI system. We supply actual inventory values for the integration with SAP MAP.

Features

Documents that are created during the RMA period-end closing and that cause high volumes of data, can be archived. We supply an individual archiving object to perform this function.

You can change the original price (reference for price changes to determine, for example markdowns) of an article to correct errors. These changes are recorded in an audit trail for auditing.

We offer integration in MAP that supplies the results and RMA raw data in a format that MAP is able to interpret technically.

With EHP4 it is possible to look at and to evaluate the RMA figures in up to 3 different calendar formats (financial calendar/Gregorian calendar, and two self-defined calendars).
