Maintain User Parameters
To simplify maintenance for demand program, you can preset requirements parameters for the functions
Create indep.reqmts
,
Change indep.reqmts
and
Display indep.reqmts
functions, and for the evaluation of Demand Management.
Note
Define the same user parameters for the history for all functions.
Procedure
On the initial planned independent requirements screen, choose
Settings
Reqmts parameters
Define the user parameters and choose
Continue.
Result
The system displays a message telling you that the user parameters have been saved.
Note
You can use the active indicator to define which planned independent requirements should be used for material requirements planning.
To enable you to manage multiple versions of planned independent requirements, without making every version MRP-relevant, planned independent requirements can be set to active and inactive.
The active indicator is set per planned independent requirement item or version in the item screen.
