  Displaying the Balance List

You can use the balance list to create an overview of the clearing results of selected accounts. You can use the balance list to plan the strategy across bank areas, or for checking the balancing of individual accounts.

The SAP list viewer enables you to design the list layout of the balance list to suit your own requirements.

Prerequisites

Choose Start of the navigation path Information System Next navigation step Balance List End of the navigation path to display the balance list.

Procedure

  1. Specify one or more bank areas.

  2. Specify one or more account currencies.

  3. Specify one or more account numbers.

  4. Select a business partner category.

  5. Enter the name of the account maintenance officer or the account holder.

  6. Enter the business partner key.

  7. Set the indicator that specifies that the balance list is to contain no accounts whose balance is zero.

  8. Set the indicator that specifies whether the turnovers on the credit side during the last month are to be displayed for each account.

  9. Enter a balance, or a balance interval and specify the currency.

    The system displays only accounts whose balance meets this selection requirement.

  10. Specify the display variant.

  11. Choose Execute.
