Application Customizing (IS-U-DM)

Before you can archive Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) service communication logs, a predefined retention period must have expired.

You can define the retention period in Customizing under Start of the navigation path SAP Utilities Next navigation step Tools Archiving Define Retention Period for Archiving Objects End of the navigation path .

You can override the retention period of each object type to be archived using the Business Add-In (BAdI) ISU_AMI_LOG_ARCHIVE. For more information, see the BAdI system documentation.
