This function enables you to create mandates either from the recipient party or the ordering party side.
The account for which you create the mandate exists and is active.
On the Create Mandate: Detail Screen
on the receiver and sender tab pages, you can click Supplement Data
in the application toolbar to import address and bank data from the business partners of the ordering party and recipient party
respectively.
Note
If you click the Supplement Data
button while on any other tab pages, the data is not supplemented.
The creditor ID is defaulted only if one creditor ID is defined for the account holder with ID type BKK100
.
This function does not automatically update the business partner details of the ordering party if, for example, you change the creditor ID without manually updating the business partner details.
If the debtor IBAN changes or the creditor business partner is manually changed, the system issues an information message requesting that you supplement the data when an event is triggered.
If you have already entered data and then click the Supplement Data
button, the system overwrites the entered data with the data contained in the business partner. If the business partner database does not contain the relevant data, then the entered data is deleted.
Caution
This also means that if you only change the business partner details of the ordering party, but do not click the Supplement Data
button, there may be data inconsistencies. If you choose an external business partner and then click the Supplement
Data
button, the system deletes any data entered for the business partner.
