Structured Facts Capture in the Claim Bundle
When you are processing a claim bundle, you can use structured facts capture on the Facts Capture
screen to help you to enter data.
Structured facts capture in the claim bundle is almost the same as the function in the claim, but with the following restrictions:
You cannot define a BRFplus action for an answer in structured facts capture, because this action cannot be called in the claim bundle.
NoteThe following restriction is only valid for claim bundles in the category of Multiple Contract Handling
End of the note.On the “Multiple Contract Handling” screen provided by SAP, only standard question groups are possible.
The documentation Structured Facts Capture is therefore also valid for structured facts capture in the claim bundle with the above-mentioned exceptions/restrictions.
