Additional Details

To enable negative attributable amounts, you can now use the new formula ID and the new indicator in the determination procedure settings in Customizing for the Credit Risk Analyzer:

  • Formula ID 013 BBAS

If you choose this formula ID, the system applies the calculation base BBAS = attributable amount. With this formula, when the calculation base is negative, the attributable amount is also negative, thereby lowering the limit utilization.

  • If you choose the formula ID 999 External Formula Using User Exit and set the Negative Attributable Amounts Allowed for User Exit indicator, the system also allows negative attributable amounts from the user exit.

  • If you choose the above formula ID 013 BBAS or the formula ID 999 External Formula for netting groups and set the Negative Attributable Amounts Allowed for User Exit indicator, the system also allows negative attributable amounts.
