Use

During the preprocessing program, the system checks whether all entries of the selected campaign are completed. This is the case if either an inspection order or an inspection notification was created and completed for all entries.

If you select the Only Completed Campaigns field, you can only prepare those campaigns for archiving, in which all entries are complete.
