You can use direct input structure ICLCCEVENTB_DI
to create, change, or delete participants for collective subrogation/recovery.
Note
You can only use existing business partners as participants. In other words, you cannot create any business partner via this direct input structure.
The collective subrogation/recovery already exists, or you create it in the same direct input.
The following table shows you how structure ICLCCEVENTB_DI
is to be filled:
Field | Name | Required Entry Field | Description of How to Fill the Field |
---|---|---|---|

ROLE | Key for participant role | X | Enter the key of the participant role. The possible participant roles are defined in the |
BPARTNER | Business partner number | X | Enter the business partner number of the participant (if necessary, with leading zeros). |
Note the following:
Creating a participant
If you want to create a data record, but this data record already exists, the system ignores the new data record. The system does not display an error message.
Changing a participant
If you want to change a data record, the system behavior is as follows:
If the changed data record already exists, the system ignores the changed data record. The system does not display an error message.
If a data record already exists with the same participant role, the system only changes the business partner.
If a data record already exists with the same business partner, the system only changes the participant role.
If the data record does not yet exist, the system issues an error message.
Note
As soon as multiple data records exist with the same role or same business partner, this procedure is no longer reliable, since the system always uses the first data record. We make the following recommendation:
If you want to change a data record, delete this data record first, and then create it again with the required data.
Deleting a data record
If you want to delete a data record, but this data record does not yet exist, the system issues an error message.
