Features

Master Data

  • New fields are available in the commitment item master data to handle descriptions (original and alternative) and to classify commitment items. These fields are used in the budget preparation process to search for commitment items when posting budget.

  • New report RPGENFM_CI_SETUP automatically generates commitment items and commitment item groups.

Budget Planning

  • A new field is available at line item level in the budget preparation transactions to display the approved budget value of a corresponding budget address for the previous year.

  • Enhancements to the Generate Budget Data (RFFMCY_LOAD_700) report to enable the following:

    • Creating budget entry documents with the status Preposted. In addition, two new workflow templates are provided for posting budget provisionally.

    • Generating a unique budget entry document according to the standard derivation strategy rules for source and target versions within the same fiscal year.

  • Possibility to store items with zero amount for budget entry transactions (such as transactions FMBBC or FMPEP) and budget mass tools (such as transaction FMCYLOADN).

  • New Easy Multiple Budget Entry (FMPEPE) transaction to enter budget for more than one category at the same time.

Earmarked Funds Documents

  • The earmarked funds documents have been enhanced with new fields that allow reference to external documents that support the earmarked funds document creation.

  • New forms and reports to cover specific business requirements in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
