You can use the SAP Business Workflow to
edit payment items
release payment items
In the Implementation Guide (IMG) you must have assigned the tasks
Edit or release payment items
to your employees by choosing
Account management → Business workflow
and you must have activated event linkage.
In the SAP menu choose
Office → Inbox
.
Choose the pushbutton
Workflow.
All tasks to which you were assigned as editor in the Implementation Guide (IMG) are in your inbox and can be edited.

Once an employee has entered a payment item, this item has a certain status.
If the status at this time is (T1) "posted", further processing can only be done manually.
The process can be depicted by means of the workflow if the item has one of the following statuses:
