Archiving Prepayment Documents (IS-U-CS)

You can use archiving object ISU_PPM to archive and delete prepayment documents that are no longer required.

During archiving, prepayment documents that can be archived are written to one or more archive files.

Structure

Data from the following tables is archived:

EPPMDEBTOPBELNR	Documents/document lines transferred to PPM
EPPMDEBT	Debt adjustment table for prepayment meter
EPPMRR	Repayment amounts saved in saved in the device

EPPM_QS06	QS03 entries
EPPM_QS07	QS07 entries
EPPM_QS08	QS08 entries
EPPM_QS09	QS09 entries

The following archiving actions and corresponding reports are available:

Action	Description	Report
Archiving	Analyze whether prepayment documents can be archived Archive prepayment documents that can be archived	REA_PPM_ARCH
Display	Display archived prepayment documents and output part of the data in a list.	REA_PPM_READ_ARCHIVE
Delete	Delete previously archived prepayment documents from the database	REA_PPM_DELETE

ILM Actions

The ILM Actions checkbox is available for this archiving object when the following conditions are met:

You are working within the SAP NetWeaver Information Lifecycle Management (SAP NetWeaver ILM) framework.
All the necessary prerequisites are satisfied, for example, the necessary business functions are activated.

The ILM actions allow you to archive data for which the retention periods defined in the Information Retention Manager (IRM) are evaluated. Furthermore, you can make snapshots of data and destroy data that satisfies the appropriate criteria.
