Archiving Waste Disposal Routes (IS-U-WA)

You can use archiving object ISU_ROUTE to archive and delete routes that are no longer required.

During archiving, routes that can be archived are written to one or more archive files.

Structure

Data from the following tables is archived:

Table	Description
EWAROUTE	Header table of route
EWA_ROUTE_BULK	Bulk waste objects for route
EWA_ROUTE_CAL	Non workdays for route

The following archiving actions and corresponding reports are available:

Action	Description	Report
Preprocessing	Analyzes routes to determine archivability	REEWA_ANALYSE_ROUTE
Archive	Archives routes that can be archived	REEWA_ARCHIVE_ROUTE
Display	Displays archived routes	REEWA_READ_ARCHIVE_ROUTE
Delete	Deletes previously archived routes from the database	REEWA_DELETE_ROUTE

ILM Actions

The ILM Actions checkbox is available for this archiving object when the following conditions are met:

You are working within the SAP NetWeaver Information Lifecycle Management (SAP NetWeaver ILM) framework.
All the necessary prerequisites are satisfied, for example, the necessary business functions are activated.

The ILM actions allow you to archive data for which the retention periods defined in the Information Retention Manager (IRM) are evaluated. Furthermore, you can make snapshots of data and destroy data that satisfies the appropriate criteria.
