Archiving Waste Disposal Orders (IS-U-WA)

You can use archiving object ISU_EORDER to archive and delete waste disposal orders that are no longer required.

During archiving, waste disposal orders that can be archived are written to one or more archive files.

Structure

Data from the following tables is archived:

Table	Description
EWA_ORDER_HEAD	Header table for waste disposal order
EWA_ORDER_OBJECT	Waste disposal order items
EWA_ORDER_WEIGH	Weight data records for waste disposal order
EWA_ORDER_RESOBJ	Resources for waste disposal order
EWA_ORDER_BULK	Bulk waste objects for waste disposal order item

The following archiving actions and corresponding reports are available:

Action	Description	Report
Archive	Archives the waste disposal orders that can be archived	REEWA_WDO_ARCHIVE
Display	Displays archived waste disposal orders	REEWA_READ_ARCHIVE_WDO
Delete	Deletes previously archived waste disposal orders from the database	REEWA_WDO_DELETE

ILM Actions

The ILM Actions checkbox is available for this archiving object when the following conditions are met:

You are working within the SAP NetWeaver Information Lifecycle Management (SAP NetWeaver ILM) framework.
All the necessary prerequisites are satisfied, for example, the necessary business functions are activated.

The ILM actions allow you to archive data for which the retention periods defined in the Information Retention Manager (IRM) are evaluated. Furthermore, you can make snapshots of data and destroy data that satisfies the appropriate criteria.
