You can use archiving object ISU_FACTS
to archive installation facts that are no longer required.
During archiving, installation facts that are no longer required are written to one or more archive files. Archived installation facts can be displayed but no longer changed.
Data from the following tables is archived:

The ILM Actions
checkbox is available for this archiving object when the following conditions are met:
You are working within the SAP NetWeaver Information Lifecycle Management (SAP NetWeaver ILM) framework.
All the necessary prerequisites are satisfied, for example, the necessary business functions are activated.
The ILM actions allow you to archive data for which the retention periods defined in the Information Retention Manager (IRM) are evaluated. Furthermore, you can make snapshots of data and destroy data that satisfies the appropriate criteria. For more information, see the ILM Actions in the Write Program section of ILM Enhancements for Data Archiving.
Note
When you execute the Data Destruction
ILM action for archiving object ISU_FACTS
, the usual archiving checks and preprocessing runs for this object are executed first. The data will only be destroyed if the normal rules for an archiving
run are validated.
