You can use archiving object ISU_SETTLB to archive settlement documents that are no longer required.

 

During archiving, documents that can be archived are written to one or more archive files.

Structure

ILM Actions

The ILM Actions checkbox is available for this archiving object when the following conditions are met:

  • You are working within the SAP NetWeaver Information Lifecycle Management (SAP NetWeaver ILM) framework.

  • All the necessary prerequisites are satisfied, for example, the necessary business functions are activated.

The ILM actions allow you to archive data for which the retention periods defined in the Information Retention Manager (IRM) are evaluated. Furthermore, you can make snapshots of data and destroy data that satisfies the appropriate criteria.
