Change the fields of the standing order as you require. You can change all the fields with the exception of the transaction type.
Note
Suspending a Standing Order
If you wish to suspend the next execution, increase the
Next execution
date immediately to the first date after the period of suspension.
If you wish to suspend a period after the next execution, enter this period in
Suspend from/to
.
Save your changes. The system notes the date and time of the change and the user who makes the change and additionally creates a change document.
Note
If the change is made on one of the execution dates, you receive a warning message.
If the changes are subject to release, they are first created in an additional version of the standing order with the status
Changed - In Release Process
. This change needs to be released by a user with appropriate authorization (see
Release Object STORD (Standing Order)
and
Release Object STORD_VAR (Variable Standing Order)
). Until the release of the change is made, the standing order is executed in the old version.
If the release procedure does not apply, the system executes the standing order with the changed data on the next scheduled date.
