You can use specific criteria (see step 3 in “Procedure” below) to search for collective subrogation/recovery.
On the SAP Easy Access
screen, choose Insurance
→ Claims Management
→ Bundle
→ Collective Subrogation/Recovery
→ Change
The Change Claim Bundle: Initial Screen Collective Subrogation/Recovery
screen appears.
Call the input help for the Collective Subrogation/Recovery
field.
The system displays a dialog screen in which all search criteria are displayed as a tab page.
Choose the tab page with the required search criterion:
Collective Subrogation/Recovery with Recovery Claim Type
Here you search by specific claim bundle attributes that have been entered in collective subrogation/recovery on the Overview
tab page (see Creating Collective Subrogation/Recovery, step 4).
In the hit list the system only displays those collective subrogation/recovery cases in which a recovery claim type has been specified.
Collective Subrogation/Recovery with Participants
Here you search by specific participant.
In the hit list the system only displays those collective subrogation/recovery cases in which at least one participant has been entered.
Collective Subrogation/Recovery with Location Specifications
Here you search by specific location specification.
In the hit list the system only displays those collective subrogation/recovery cases in which at least one country has been entered.
Combined Search for Collective Subrogation/Recovery
Here you can start a comprehensive search, regardless of which data has been entered in a collective subrogation/recovery case.

To display the different tab pages in the dialog screen, choose or .
Enter the required search criteria.
Choose (Start Search
).

If you have configured modal help in your personal settings, the system displays the quick info Continue
.
The system displays a dialog screen containing the collective subrogation/recovery cases found.
You have the following options for further processing:
You can call one of the displayed collective subrogation/recovery cases in change mode
To do so, double click to select the relevant subrogation/recovery and then choose Continue
.
You can repeat the search using different criteria
To do so, click on the bar above the hit list. The system shifts the hit list to the lower part of the screen. At the top, you can enter new search criteria.
