Displaying an Overview of Locked Accounts
The
Overview of Locked Accounts
function enables you to find locked accounts in mass or single runs, which cannot be processed because they are locked.
This overview contains the accounts that were locked in mass runs (for example, cash concentration, account balancing, bank statement) or in individual account balancing.
Procedure

2. You have the following options for restricting the display:
...
a. If required, enter the bank area and, if necessary, the account number.
b. Select the application types to which the overview is to be restricted.
c. If necessary, restrict the period for starting the program. If you make no specification, the whole time period is selected.
3. Start the program.
The system provides a list for each selected balancing run of the locked accounts, their locking reason, and their lock category.
Tip:
You can find more detailed information as to why the account could not be processed in the respective application log.
