  • You activate the CRA feature for a product that has accounts with the Bank Statement Recipient (BSR) feature.

    Caution Caution

If you activate both methods of recipient determination (Bank Statement and CRA) in the product, the system uses the CRA feature.

  • Start of the navigation path Master Data Next navigation step Product Definition Next navigation step Product Next navigation step Create Product End of the navigation path or Change Product

This activates the CRA feature for the required products.

  • Start of the navigation path Tools Next navigation step Correspondence Tool End of the navigation path

This defines the correspondence types, roles, and address determination rules.

  • Start of the navigation path Tools Next navigation step Print Workbench End of the navigation path

This defines the dispatch control settings.

You can overwrite the existing CRA values by choosing Update Existing Entries .

The report updates the followingvalues for use by CRA:

  • Dispatch control

The report also lists the following:

  • Errors that occurred

  • Accounts where the address determined is different from the old address. You can navigate to the account from this section.
