Checks (IS-U-IDE)
A number of conditions must be fulfilled to ensure that only transfer lines that are no longer required are archived from the system:
The detention period has expired
You the retention period in Customizing .
You can use the INV_TRANSF_ARCHIVE Business Add-In (BAdI) to define additional checks for whether transfer lines can be archived.

Caution
There are no further checks to test whether transfer line items can be archived. If you have not defined your own checks in BAdI INV_TRANSF_ARCHIVE, all selected transfer line items are archived.
