On the SAP Easy Access
screen, choose Insurance
→ Claims Management
→ Bundle
→ Collective Subrogation/Recovery
→ Create
Enter the claim bundle type and the subtype.
Note
In the input help for the claim bundle type, the system displays only those claim bundle types that you defined in Customizing for the category of Collective Subrogation/Recovery
. Similarly, the system displays only those subtypes that you defined in Customizing for the relevant claim bundle type.

The Create Claim Bundle: Overview
screen appears.
In the Collective Subrogation/Recovery Data
section you can enter detailed information, such as:
Recovery claim type, to further categorize the subtype of the collective subrogation/recovery
Date of the recovery claim
Resubmission date
Start of the period in which the loss incident occurred (Date From
field)
Geographical data, such as country and region
Note
You can use these details on recovery claim type, start of period, country (region), and participants (see step 5 below) later on as search criteria in the search for collective subrogation/recovery. For more information, see Searching for Collective Subrogation/Recovery.
In the Participants
section, enter the business partners involved in collective subrogation/recovery in the relevant participant roles.
You must enter at least one business partner in the participant role of Payer (
party liable).
To do so:
In the Participant Role
field, use the input help to select the participant role of Payer
.
In the Participant
field, enter the business partner number of the payer.
Note
To search for or to create the business partner, you can use the input help to call the Mini Business Partner.
Save your entries.
You have created a collective subrogation/recovery that you can process further.
