On the SAP Easy Access
screen you can create, change, or display an accident event.
Creating Accident Events
Normally you would create an accident event when processing a claim (see Mapping of Accident Events). However, you can create an accident event directly.
To do so, proceed as follows:
On the SAP Easy Access
screen, choose .
The Change Claim Bundle: Initial Screen Accident Event
screen appears.
Enter the following data:
as claim bundle type, AC for Accident Event
(obligatory)
as claim bundle type, 5 for Accident Questionnaire
or 7 for Accident with Subrogation/Recovery
(obligatory)
Recovery Claim Type (optional)
Date on which the accident occurred (optional)
Choose Enter

Changing Accident Events
On the SAP Easy Access
screen, choose .
Enter the number of the accident event.
Choose Enter

The system calls the accident event in change mode.
Displaying Accident Events
On the SAP Easy Access
screen, choose .
Enter the number of the accident event.
Choose Enter
.
The system calls the accident event in display mode.
