Status Management for Trade Repository Objects
Overview: TARO Status Management
A trade repository object (TARO) always has one of the following statuses:
01
Created
A trade repository object with this status has been created completely (that is, all mandatory fields are filled with a value). The TARO has not yet been sent.
You can continue to make changes to the values of the content fields for the TARO.
Possible subsequent status:
When you execute the
Send
function, the TARO can acquire either the status03
Sent
or the status04
Sent Failed
.You can manually set the status of the TARO to
08
Obsolete
in the TARO monitor.
02
Incompletely Created
A trade repository object has been created for a financial transaction but not all mandatory fields are filled. The TARO is incomplete.
You can continue to make changes to the values of the content fields for the TARO.
Possible subsequent status:
Add the data of the trade repository object directly in the monitor for trade repository objects or in the financial transaction data. The system checks the fields of the trade repository object again and, if all mandatory fields are now filled, the TARO acquires the status

Sent
The trade repository object has been sent successfully, that is, you have executed the
Send
function, the trade repository message was created, and the file was placed on the application server.Possible subsequent status:
After the incoming message has been imported from the trade repository, the TARO can have one of the following statuses:

Reconciled

Send Failed
You have executed the
Send
function for the TARO but errors occurred during creation of the trade repository message. Consequently, no file was placed on the application server, or you have manually set this status for the TARO so as to be able to make changes and send it again.You can continue to make changes to the values of the content fields for the TARO.
Possible subsequent status:

Sent
You can change the content fields of the TARO and resend it. If no problems are encountered, the TARO acquires the status

Rejected
The trade repository has rejected the trade repository message.
Possible subsequent status:

If you return the TARO with this status, you can correct it and send it again.

The trade repository message has been entered in the trade repository. The trade repository message of the business partner has not yet arrived at the trade repository. The reconciliation is still due.

Reconciliation Failed

You have manually set the status of the TARO to "Obsolete". This status is a
Final Status
, neither the TARO fields nor the status of the TARO can be changed.09
Reconciled
The financial transaction or a change to it has been reported successfully to the trade repository using the trade repository message, and has been reconciled there with the corresponding message of your business partner, or, if you have transferred the message for your business partner, the message was successful.
This status is a
Final Status
, neither the TARO fields nor the status of the TARO can be changed.10
Reconciliation Failed
You and your business partner have reported differing details to the trade repository.
Possible subsequent status:

Reconciled
If the confirmation from the trade repository has occurred due to a message error by the counterparty, it is possible that, after the counterparty has reported the financial transaction correctly, the status changes to the status
Reconciled
after the incoming messages have been imported from the trade repository.04
Send Failed
You can manually set the status of the TARO to

in the TARO monitor. You can then correct the fields of the TARO and sent it again.08
Obsolete

Invalid
This status is acquired by a TARO that had to be created while importing incoming messages from the trade repository because there was no TARO corresponding to the incoming message.
