Two types of balance sheet preparation are performed. Standard balance sheet preparation prepares postings made after the last standard balance sheet preparation for division into payables and receivables.
Balance sheet preparation - backdated - prepares backdated postings, meaning with a posting date before or up to and including the last standard balance sheet preparation for division into payables and receivables.
It is advisable to have executed an account balancing so that any postings from the balancing can also be edited up-to-date.

Specify the bank areas for which the balance sheet preparation is to take place (note the comments on netting). You can also enter the posting date up until when the transfer is to be executed.
It is advisable to execute a test run before the update run. To do this, select the field
Simulation run.
Choose
Execute.
As a result, a log of the transfer postings is printed.
