If you have made the settings described under Effects on Customizing
, the status Certificate filed and inspected
is no longer displayed in the input help for the assignment of statuses to a certificate. Instead, you can set this status using a pushbutton, which is displayed to the right of the field for entering the certificate status.
As soon as you have entered the digital signature either when processing the quality certificate or when making the usage decision, the status Certificate filed and inspected
is set for the certificate.
Under
, you can display the details of the signatory and the signature. This dialog box also shows in which transaction the signature was entered.This function is active only if you have set the Digital Signature for Certificates
indicator for the business process Inspection Master Data Processing
