 Enhancements for Order and Notification List

 

On the SAP Web UI for Plant Maintenance, this function provides you with enhanced processing options in the Order and Notification List as well as a new, individually configurable worklist (POWL) for processing maintenance orders and order operations. The new Order and Operation List is displayed as a new tab page in the Order and Notification List. The lists provide the most important information in a table and enable you to process individual documents, change the status of several documents at the same time, and make mass changes to notification data, order data, and operation data.

The Order and Operation List is integrated as a new personal worklist in the Order and Notification List and in the Information Center. You have the following enhanced options in the lists:

  • In the Order and Notification List, you can change the system status of several orders and notifications at the same time. In the Order and Operation List, you can change the system status of several orders at the same time.

  • In the Notification List, you can select several notifications and assign them to a maintenance order or even create a new maintenance order to which you then assign the notifications.

  • In the Order List and in the Order and Operation List, you can trigger the mass change of header and operation data for several selected orders.

  • Icons in the table column Changed indicate which documents the system was able to change successfully.

  • The layout in the combined order and notification list has been improved so that you now have an overview of the assigned notifications and orders. If you filter and sort the combined order and notification list by orders or notifications, the results list is structured according to the orders or notifications you selected. You can then see which notifications or orders are assigned to each leading document in the respective table columns.

Effects on Existing Data

  • The new personal object worklist (POWL) Order and Operation List is a new tab page in the Order and Notification List and in the Information Center.

  • In the Order and Notification List as well as in the Order and Operation List, there are new pushbuttons for carrying out mass data changes and changing the status.

  • In the Notification List, there is a new pushbutton called Assign Order.
