 Claim Bundle Search

Use

You can use search criteria to search for claim bundles. From the hit list of potentially matching claim bundles you can navigate to processing of the relevant claim bundle. To do so, double-click on the relevant claim bundle.

You can call the claim bundle search from the following locations:

  • From the SAP Easy Access screen

  • From claims processing

Features

Search Criteria

To perform the claim bundle search, you must enter at least one search criterion.

You can specify either multiple selections and/or interval selections as search criteria, and you can also use the search help wildcards asterisk (*) and plus (+).

Saving Search Criteria as Variants

You can save search criteria as variants by choosing Start of the navigation path Goto Next navigation step Variants Next navigation step Save as Variant End of the navigation path . Via this menu path, you can call the variant at a later stage, display it, or delete it.

Display of Hit List

The system displays the claim bundles found in a list.

The following functions are available for this hit list, for example:

  • For claim bundle processing:

    • Change claim bundle

    • Display claim bundle

  • For processing of the hit list:

    • Sort functions

    • Filter functions

    • Printing

Call Claim Bundle Search from Claims Processing

  1. Navigate to the Claim Overview screen in claims processing.

  2. In the Assigned Objects section, in the Object Category field, select the entry Claim Bundle .

  3. In the input field to the right, call the F4 help.

    The system calls the claim bundle search.
