Managing FavoritesLocate this document in the navigation structure

SAP Easy Access enables you to organize favorites in the following way:
  • Add the folder to the favorites list
  • Move, rename, or delete favorites and folders
IAdd Folder
  • In the menu bar choose Start of the navigation path Favorites Next navigation step Add Folder End of the navigation path.

  • Enter a name in the following dialog box and choose Continue. The new folder appears below the currently selected favorite.

Moving Favorites and Folders
  • Select the favorite or folder you want to move.
  • Choose Start of the navigation path Favorites Next navigation step Move Next navigation step Up/Down End of the navigation path.
  • Repeat this step until the favorite or folder is in the position you want.
Use drag and drop to move favorites and folders between hierarchy levels.
Renaming Favorites and Folders
  • Select the favorite or folder you want to rename.
  • Choose Start of the navigation path Favorites Next navigation step Change End of the navigation path. A dialog box appears.
  • Enter a new name and choose Continue.

You can also rename a favorite by choosing Change Favorites in the context menu. Call the context menu by pressing the right mouse button on the selected favorite entry.

Deleting Favorites and Folders
  • Select the favorite or folder you want to delete.
  • Choose Start of the navigation path Favorites Next navigation step Delete End of the navigation path. A dialog box appears.

You can also delete a favorite by choosing Delete Favorites in the context menu. Call the context menu by pressing the right mouse button on the selected favorite entry.

Note

When you remove a favorite from the favorites list, you do not delete the file, program, or transaction completely, you just remove the link to this entry.
