You use these interfaces to import release profiles and their assignments. SAP F&R uses this data in the automatic release of order proposals.
In release profiles, you define conditions that SAP F&R takes into account when releasing order proposals. A possible release criterion could be the minimum order value for orders.
You can export released order proposals to an SAP Retail system, where you can then create orders based on them.
You can use Business Add-Ins to enrich and change the imported data. For more information, see the SAP Implementation Guide (IMG) for Forecasting and Replenishment

Using two separate interfaces for release profiles and their assignments, you can define, change and delete release profiles and their assignments in SAP F&R. You can import the following data:
They contain data such as:
Profile number (unique identifier for the profile)
Destination location and source location
Subrange
Short text
Object and value of the release condition
Condition type
Dimension
Threshold value
Currency
Priority
Valid-to date
Using these, you group release profiles at the level of source location - target location - vendor subrange.
The integrated sending system starts the transfer and calls appropriate function module for the interface in SAP F&R. For more information, see the Overview of the Interfaces in SAP F&R.
You then post the data in SAP F&R.
